To support the sustainability of open-access publishing and to ensure the quality of the editorial and production process, FOSTER: Journal of English Language Teaching applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for every accepted article.

• The APC is Rp. 500,000 (Indonesian Rupiah) or its equivalent in USD at the time of payment.
• This fee covers costs related to editorial handling, peer review management, plagiarism screening, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, indexing, and long-term digital archiving.
• The APC is only charged once the article has been accepted for publication. There is no submission fee for initial manuscript submission.
• Authors are responsible for any additional transfer fees or bank charges.

Payment Information

Detailed payment instructions (bank account or online transfer details) will be provided to the corresponding author once the article is accepted. Proof of payment must be sent to the editorial office for verification.

Waiver Policy

Currently, FOSTER: Journal of English Language Teaching does not provide waivers. However, requests for partial waivers may be considered for authors with demonstrated financial constraints, subject to editorial board approval.
